Do you wish to change your existing company name? We can prepare all forms and resolutions for you and lodge them with ASIC. We are also able to process all documents together should you wish to swap the names of two or more of your companies.

• Name change certificate
• Copy of Form 205
• Members' resolution

How long does it take to Change a Company Name?

Once XYZ Accounting has received the order, we will prepare all documentation that day and lodge Form 205 with ASIC. The documentation will then get sent out by next business day.
